Terms

Last updated October 19, 2026

83 Points is a free daily email of NBA stats, plus this website. By signing up or using the site, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

It's free

The daily email costs nothing. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Buy Me a Coffee and sponsorships are optional ways to support it.

The numbers

We work hard to get every stat right, but games get corrected and sources sometimes disagree. 83 Points is for fun and information, so don't rely on it for betting or anything with money on the line. It's provided as is, without warranties, and we're not liable for decisions made from it.

Not affiliated

83 Points is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, its teams, or any stats site we mention. Team and player names belong to their owners and are used only to report the games.

Our stuff

The email's design, writing and graphics are ours. You're welcome to share or forward an issue, but please don't republish it wholesale.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Your privacy is covered on the privacy page. Questions go to [email protected], or by mail to 83 Points, 4419 Centennial Blvd, Unit #702, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
