83 Points is a free daily NBA stats email. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to leave. Short version: we keep your email address so we can send you the email, and that's it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign up on 83pts.com.
• When you signed up, so we have a record that you asked for the email.

We don't ask for your name, we don't use cookies on this site, and we don't track whether you open our emails or which links you click.

We count visits to this site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. It tells us things like how many people came by and which pages they read.

The pictures in the email load from our image server (img.83pts.com, run by Cloudflare). Like any website, that server receives the basic details your device sends when it loads a picture, such as an IP address. We don't use that to track you.

What we use it for

Only to send you 83 Points: the daily email, plus a welcome note when you sign up. The email sometimes links to other things we make. We never sell, rent or trade your address.

Who helps us run it

• Resend sends the emails and keeps the subscriber list.
• Cloudflare runs this website and the image server, and counts site visits.

They handle your address only to provide those services to us. Both are based in the United States, and that's where the list is stored.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link. One tap and you're off the list right away. If you'd like your address deleted completely, email [email protected] and we'll do it.

Kids

83 Points isn't meant for children under 13. If a child signed up, email us and we'll delete the address.
